This allows the learner to focus on one module

at a time, making it easier to prepare for the

exam while encouraging participants to

schedule training throughout the year.

• Each exam consists of multiple-choice questions.

• Participants have two attempts to score at least 75% in

order to pass the exam.

• Official Retail Supply Chain Certification will be awarded

once the participant successfully passes all four

individual examinations.

• This provides users with time to take elective courses as desired and further build their knowledge, once

the core program has been completed.

• It also enables participants to use the Retail Supply Chain Certification courses as a source of reference

after they have completed the exam.

Although the Retail Supply Chain Certification program should take 6-12 months to complete,

participants are provided with 18 months of access to all of the program courses:
