 and the Health Council of South Florida Year 1‐ January 2016

The purpose of the PCOR for CHWs Training Curriculum Framework Rating Rubric is to provide a means for assessing current draft materials related to draft content on patient centered outcomes research principles for Community Health Workers (CHWs), sequence of modules/content, content delivery methods,  evaluation  components  included,  evaluation  of  presentation  of  content  (by patients  and  CHWs  working  in  the  field),  availability  to  share  and  adapt  curricula  to  other stakeholders.

[email protected]  to  be  collated.  If  needed,  there might  be  a  conference  call  to 

discuss/settle on particular items as a team. 

2. Determine on a scale of 1‐6, the extent to which current research and CHW practices meet the 

criterion statement.
