Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do

神能照著運行在我們心裡的大力，充充足足地成就一

切，超過我們所求所想的。

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all

we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work

within us.

羅馬書 Romans 12:2

不要效法這個世界，只要心意更新而變化，叫你們察

驗何為神的善良、純全、可喜悅的旨意。

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be

transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will

be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good,

pleasing and perfect will.

試探與罪的循環 Cycle of Temptation and Sin

但各人被試探，乃是被自己的私慾牽引誘惑的。私慾

既懷了胎，就生出罪來；罪既長成，就生出死來。

But each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is

dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has

conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-

grown, gives birth to death. (雅 Jas 1:14-15)

我要用真理餵養我的心靈

I must feed my mind with the truth.

我們會做出傷害自己的舉動都是由於誤信了謊言。

Behind every self-defeating act is a lie you believe.

所以耶穌在被撒旦試探時，引用聖經上的話說，人活

著，不是單靠食物，乃是靠神口裡所出的一切話。

Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that

comes from the mouth of God. (太Mt 4:4)

2. 專注 FOCUS

我要專注在該做的事上

I must focus my mind on the right things.

• 定睛注視耶穌 Think about Jesus

你要紀念耶穌耶穌基督 Remember Jesus Christ (提後 2Ti 2:8)

仰望為我們信心創始成終的耶穌。他因那擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看

羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦難，便坐在神寶座的右邊。 那忍受罪人這

樣頂撞的，你們要思想，免得疲倦灰心。Consider him who

endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow

weary and lose heart. (來 Heb 12:3)

2你們要思念上面的事，不要思念地上的事。3因為你們已經死了，你

們的生命與基督一同藏在神裡面。4基督是我們的生命，他顯現的時

候，你們也要與他一同顯現在榮耀裡。 2 Set your minds on things

above, not on earthly things. 3 For you died, and your life is now

hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is your life, appears,

then you also will appear with him in glory. (西 Col 3:2-4)

• 要彼此相愛 Think about others

又要彼此相顧，激發愛心，勉勵行善。And let us consider

how we may spur one another on toward love and good

deeds. (來 Heb 10:24)

3. Free 遠離

我要遠離敗壞的思念

I must free my mind from evil thoughts.

因為隨從肉體的人體貼肉體的事，隨從聖靈的人體貼聖靈的事。

Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what

the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit

have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. (羅 Ro 8:5)

我們怎麼打這場屬靈戰爭呢？

How do we fight this spiritual warfare?

3因為我們雖然在血氣中行事，卻不憑著血氣爭戰。4我們爭戰

的兵器本不是屬血氣的，乃是在神面前有能力，可以攻破堅固

的營壘，5將各樣的計謀，各樣攔阻人認識神的那些自高之事，

一概攻破了，又將人所有的心意奪回，使他都順服基督。3 For

though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. 4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On

the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 5 We

demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up

against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought

to make it obedient to Christ. (林後 2Co 10:3-5)

什麼是營壘？What are the strongholds?

營壘就是謊言 The strongholds are the lies we believe.

你們必曉得真理，真理必叫你們得以自由。Then you

will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. (約 Jn

8:32)

故此，你們要順服神。務要抵擋魔鬼，魔鬼就必離開

你們逃跑了。Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the

devil, and he will flee from you. (雅 Jas 4:7)

你們要從巴比倫出來 Leave Babylon! (賽

Isa 48:20)

你們要從巴比倫中逃奔 … 不要陷在它的

罪孽中，一同滅亡 Flee from Babylon! …

Do not be destroyed because of her sins.
