THE SYSTEM IS RUNNING !!!

TROUBLESHOOTING

The system runs correctly when:

➢ In the “Operation” tab, the version of the application is correct.

➢ All sorters in the “PLC Network” tab are defined and matched the correct sorter

name for the version being pushed.

➢ On the “System” tab, the “Store Number” is correct, the “Environment” is set

to “Prod”, all services are green, and the application version is correct.

Note:

a) SolidRead and SolidWrite are related

to the PLC. Any issues from should be

resolved through the PLC.

b) Any changes made in this tab should be saved first,

then the user needs to exit and to reopen SolidView

WEBVISUALIZATION (WEBVISU)

➢ Webvisu is a web application that helps to visualize and to control the whole system.

The user will have the ability to monitor the system using the features(buttons)

providing by the application.

➢ Webvisu facilitates the testing and the troubleshooting of the system. With webvizu, the

user can easily detect the problem, and proceed to the resolution of the issue.

to minimize the

Accessing Webvisu

1. Go to the Windows task bar

and select Internet Explore (IE)

2. IE will launch with this screen

3. Select Main
