Pay-As-You-GO Community Owned
Fiber Optic Infrastructure
Future-Proofing Access to Data,
Internet, HDTV, Voice & IP Based Solutions
Advantages to CommunityOwning and operating a carrier neutral network allows communities:
Carrier and service provider independence, forever
Leveraging community subscribers, and allows communities to demand
optimum service offerings from service providers such as ISPs, HD
television, voice, security/card access providers, and future IP-based
service offerings
An upper-hand position, dictating value pricing and length of terms
Future-proofing communities with an infrastructure that is predicted to
remain relevant for at least the next 100 years
Financial IncentivesFast FiBR operates on a B.O.O.T. model, whereby the Company Builds, Owns,
Operates and Transfers ownership of the installed wireline and wireless
infrastructure, until the repayment of the project is recovered with interest to
investors funding the deployment. Immediate deployment is now possible.
No CASH, No CREDIT, No PROBLEM - Understanding the financial constraints of
HOAs, subdivisions and neighborhood communities is what Fast FiBR
recognized as what needed assistance most. The solution is providing qualified
communities a streamlined financing option without an up-front expense.
Communities may also impose a nominal administration/recovery fee and
actually earn recurring revenues throughout the term of the service agreement.
How It All Gets Done

SEC and FINRA approved, digital financial securities platform, providing
exclusive project financing for all Fast FiBR projects in all US territories
Fast FiBR has obtained exclusive rights from our technology platform partner as the only
company capable of utilizing this technology for the funding and financing of broadband
related projects in the USA and all US territories.
Fully compliant under SEC Regulation D 506(c), Regulation S & Regulation A. Private stock
and corporate bond issues offered via the platform, providing an exclusive ecosystem only
to include asset-backed and secured, Fast FiBR projects.
Structured syndication of series offerings within the MLP is easily managed and supported
within the platform and has capabilities of allowing “deal room” syndications beyond the
platform’s digital environment via several market channels including the NYSE and NASDAQ.
Within the first 60 days of seed funding, a “self-starter” campaign will be
launched with the support of public relations firm Everett Clay & Associates.
The purpose is to both inform the public of their ability to demand fiber optics
be made available in their community, as well as a means to democratize the
data infrastructure monopoly currently in place. The goal is to raise $1 Million
USD in 30 days.
Current order book of business allows wide array of projects to be funded with
investor capital. Time from project acceptance to fully deployed network is a
maximum of 180 days, at which time project cash flows commence.
