Steve DuffTechnical services managerSteve was recruited in May 2019 to head up the UK technical services and customer support department.With an impressive career in the print industry spanning 19 years, Steve has experience of working across many print processes including digital, litho, web offset and silk screen. Steve’s proven technical ability along with his project and people management skills, made him the ideal choice for Intec. Steve aims to raise the bar and nurture the technical and support team to consistently deliver an even higher level of service, than customers have come to expect. He is looking forward to serving Intec customers, to help them get the very best from their Intec equipment. Steve is a family man with two sporty children and he also enjoys keeping fit by running.

Paul BennettCustomer service & supportPaul joined Intec UK in March 2019 and brings a huge amount of technical experience to the company - having worked with a number of global brands such as Canon, Danwood and Pitney Bowes - he is well-versed in the high-tech’ requirements of the print and IT industries. Paul has seen the digital print industry evolve through all its stages and is perfectly equipped to deliver state-of-the-art service and support to Intec customers across all model ranges.Paul is interested in music and powerboats. In his early years, Paul was a DJ, playing house music in clubs around the world. These days, he enjoys being out on the water in Poole Harbour aboard his Takacat Rib.

Brandy WatersSales administratorWe welcomed Brandy to the Intec UK team in May 2019 and many Intec customers and suppliers have already had contact with her through her sales administration role. With Brandy’s previous experience, as operations manager with an international retail franchise, she is aiming to develop the role into something much more substantial. Brandy is a highly organised person who enjoys a challenge and is looking forward to using her skill-set and personality to the benefit of the company and its customers.Brandy is happily married, loves home baking and has always enjoyed various forms of dance. She is also proud to own in excess of 100 pairs of shoes!!!

BRAND NEW SHOWROOM FOR INDIAIntec Point, the authorised distributor for India, formally opened their new showrooms last week, during a visit from Kerry Button, Intec’s sales director.

The new facility allows new and existing dealers to see the great benefits and advantages offered by the complete range of Intec solutions, whilst also providing an ideal training facility. Resplendent in Intec red, the new showroom carries the corporate theme right though the premises including the offices. During his visit, Kerry and Vinod Bhanushali, the managing director of Intec Point, discussed the continuing success of Intec sales into India and plans to accelerate growth and expansion into such a large market. These plans include our participation at the Pamex exhibition in January 2020 with a 60m2 stand showing the new FB8000PRO, together with our other unique printing and finishing solutions.
