Traditions of Dress are ChallengedBy Gwendolyn Bauman
The world of fashion has been turned upside down when it comes to traditions. Postmodernism has changed the way people see fashion. It allows
one to be creative and unique in their own way.
THEME:Tradition in fashion is challenged everyday. Tradition has
taught us that women wear heels, men wear pantsuits and when a women gets married, her dress should be white. Well, not
anymore. “Tradition” is the thing of the past when it comes to making a fashion statement.
We see the changes from traditional to non-traditional fashion in
our everyday lives.
