Now there is less possibilities to get this job because of the economy.they are only getting people how really have talent and who love this job.there is going to be a competition between the people because not all will get the job

             how do you get ready?

Designers must have an eye for color an detail.You also have to be very creative with your designs.Do some research on this job to help you get more information.Do some research in colleges of art and design to get more help.search for classes of design because it will help you.Most designers need formal training after high school.

             What is this job like?

You make your own designs that show your style.You really need a good  sense of creativity.You get to do drafts or drawings by hand or on the computer.To be a designer you have to mix knowledge with an artistic ability.You also get to use lots of special equipment.You get to design clothes that show who you are.

                  How many jobs are there?

designers held about 612,100 jobs in 2008.so there is a good possibility of getting the job.this is very good because they give you a better chance of getting the job.
