1 - Working in SEMADCO as an operator and maintenance engineer. Responsibilities: - Managing operating of boilers which serve all departments in factory which are generators, ammonia department, acids "nitric and sulfuric department and ammonium nitrate department. - Attendance all different types pneumatic, PLC and DCS control of boilers and steam turbines. - Attendance maintenance of static and rotary equipment of the different departments of the factory which are: * ABB and Siemens generators overhaul with ABB company "assembly and commissioning ". * Multistage Compressor overhaul with Cameron Company Experts. * Nitric acid train overhaul "steam turbine + air compressor + gas compressor + Expander" with foreigners experts� * Uhde blower in nitric acid plant, maintenance, alignment and commissioning. * A blower in Sulfuric acid "Alignment, maintenance and commissioning ". * Water tube boilers medium pressure "43 bar" operating and maintenance.
