You must be willing to start your Farm within 12months of purchase of the Land.
Model designed for those interested in getting an experiential agricultural feeling but not yet available on full time basis. Here you select your choice from our free crop & livestock advisory service, fund your farm and we manage the operations; then share profits of the produce with in a scaled formula.
This is for those who can neither afford the investment of a full-time farm nor the leisure of a part-time farm BUT still wish to relish the satisfaction of earning from agriculture. Here you sign up to the next available farming product cycle and pay your participation fee. You earn a fixed guaranteed income at scheduled intervals from the proceeds of the yield. This a joint-farm ownership program that is crowd funded and doesn't confer ownersh ip of the lands on the subscribers.

PROCESS
We deliver excellent services to our investors with the full infrastructure including good road network, electricity, irrigation system, agro-allied super store, fertilizer center (govt. owned), labor camp, and security.
Our investor buys the farmland from our esteemed partners, Revelation Properties Limited and get the necessary documents. Land management, sales and agreements are signed between REV PRO and the buyer.
FIRST, INVESTOR PURCHASES THE LAND
Farm Park manages all the farmlands sold by REV PRO to investors. All the management and development agreements are signed between FARM PARK and the investor.
We have a very professional and dedicated team working at Farm Park, and thus we do our best possible to satisfy our investors, and also meet with the growing need of farm produce in the nation.
SECOND, FARM PARK MANAGES THE LAND
STAGES OF CROP & LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION
Ÿ Positive laboratory test for quality of the soil.
Basically, all our lands has to meet with the following criteria:
Ÿ The right height of the land from sea level for
the right temperature all year round.
Ÿ Positive water test for the quality of water.
Ÿ The right elevation for the land.
Ÿ Distance to the main access roads.
FINDING THE RIGHT LAND IN OUR PORTFOLIO
We clean the land from any existing wild trees and grasses (after agreement to manage the farmland or Ranch had been signed). We clean the land from the rocks, stones with the necessary heavy machines such as dozers, excavator, and tractor.

We are constructing water storage at the highest point of the lands and minimize electricity consumption with land slope.
Also, we are drilling ground between 70 -150 meter, to reach water source and create pressure holding water irrigation system to all our projects.
WATER WELL AND PREPARATION OF THE WATER INFRASTRUCTUREPROCESS
We also built solar energy panels where the lands are suitable for alternative electricity source.
We establish power distribution unit with the local authorities, and arrange grid connection with the nearest main power source as well.
ELECTRICITY AND GRID CONNECTION
The harvest period depends on the livestock reared, or crop planted. However a minimum of four (4) months is required for optimum yield for crops.
HARVEST PERIOD
There is an important cultivating process with our advanced machiner ies and that fol lows establishment of the water channel systems.
PREPARATION OF THE SOIL FOR FARMING
The general description of the management process is as follows:
