the mobile number of the other party and the amount. To complete the transfer, you need to enter your secret PIN.

2. SMS: Send an SMS to 56161, with the following text:

• GET <Mobile number of recipient> <Amount> <Message> , to get money

• SEND <Mobile number of recipient> <Amount> <Message>, to send money

3. WAP: Access https://wap.obopay.in from your mobile phone browser & follow the simple

instructions on the screen.

� What will it cost me to use the YES BANK OBOPAY Mobile Payment Solution?

This Mobile Payment service has the following charges: (taxes extra as applicable)

• Mobile Payments service annual fees – Rs.149/-

• Financial transactions (Send money)– Rs.7/-

• There is no charge for doing a ‘Get Money’ transaction

• Non-Financial transactions (balance enquiry, transaction history) – Rs 3.5/- per transaction

• SMS charges, WAP/GPRS access charges would be extra and as charged by the cellular service provider as per your billing plan and is not decided by YES BANK.

� How do I get the Obopay application on my phone?

Once you are registered for the service, you will get the link and instructions to download the application on your phone from YES BANK or Obopay.

� What gets stored on my phone? Only the downloaded application gets stored on your phone. None of the instructions given by you or the transaction history or any information pertaining to your account is stored on your phone. Please check whether the application would affect function of the mobile phone or any other applications and features of the mobile handset.

� Do I need Internet access from my mobile phone? What if I don't have this?

You can Send and Get money from your mobile phone with or without Internet access. If you do not have Internet access, then you would be able to use this service via SMS.

� Is there a maximum amount I can send or spend?

Yes, to protect against fraud, YES BANK will place limits on how much money you can transfer from your account. The daily transaction limit is Rs.5,000/- for YES BANK customers.

� Can I do get/send money to someone who does not have an Obopay registered account? No (this is currently not activated) � Can I cancel a transaction I have made?

No, as the money transfer happens instantly; it cannot be cancelled. � I received a message about a 'duplicate transaction.' What does this mean? Is my balance correct? Yes, your balance is correct. You got this message because we received more than one request from you to do the same payment in a short amount of time. If this happens, we will only send this payment once to prevent duplicate payments. The transaction is deemed successful only when a transaction reference number is generated. If you are not sure if your payment went through, wait for 1 minute, and then check your transaction history or balance. If you are still unsure, please contact [email protected] or YES BANK Contact Center (099872-90909) or your nearest YES BANK branch. � What does it mean to 'Get Money'? If someone owes you money or if you wish to get money from someone, you can send them a request for money. We will send them an instant text (SMS) message (if they have downloaded the Obopay application) or give them a call, letting them know that you would like to 'Get Money'. They can accept your request on their mobile phone and choose YES BANK or any other bank they wish to send money from. As soon as they accept the request, the money goes into your account and we send you an SMS notifying you that you received a payment. They also have the option of rejecting your request.

� How much does it cost to make a 'Get Money' request Initiating a request to 'Get Money' is free. If the other person accepts, s/he will pay a fixed fee to YES BANK to send you the money.

� I accepted a 'Get Money' request by accident. Can I cancel this? No. Once you accept a 'Get Money' request, you cannot cancel or reverse the payment. � What if my friend has sent me money, but I have not received it. Is this possible? What do I do about it? What if I have not received the full amount as indicated by the sender? These are extremely rare cases! For any such queries, you need to contact YES BANK at [email protected] or at the Contact Center (099872-90909) or your nearest YES BANK branch. We will be happy to provide you with a solution as soon as possible. � Is the YES BANK Obopay Mobile Payment Solution safe & secure? Yes, YES BANK takes the security of each account holder very seriously. We protect all customers against unauthorized transactions and prevent unauthorized access to your data. However, customers are advised to get well acquainted with the various risks involved in availing this facility including but not limited to technology risk, fraud risk, etc.

� Will I get phone spam if I sign up? No. We only send you text (SMS) messages when you sign up and when there is any activity on your account (for instance, you receive money or someone requests money from you).

� What is a PIN? Can I change/re-issue it?

A PIN is a 4 digit Personal Identification Number issued by YES BANK. For security reasons, you must enter your PIN each time you get, send, or spend money over the phone. Your PIN should not be shared with anybody, and you are strongly advised not to store your PIN on your mobile handset. You can change/re-issue the PIN by contacting [email protected] or by talking to our Contact Center (099872-90909) or your nearest YES BANK branch. Please change your PIN at regular intervals according to security guidelines.

� What if I get a new mobile handset or mobile number?

• If you get a new mobile handset with the same number as before, all you need to do is download the Obopay application onto your new phone (in case you were using Java application). Everything else, including your PIN, stays the same.

• If you get an entirely new mobile number, contact YES BANK to change the mobile number linked to your account. A new PIN would also be issued to you.

� What happens if I lose my network connectivity or signal strength while using this service?

If you lose network connectivity or signal strength in the middle of a ‘Send Money’ transaction, the payment will not go through. If you lose your signal while receiving a payment, you will still get the money because the application will make multiple attempts to complete this transaction. To confirm the status of any such transaction, check the transaction history on your mobile phone.
