Does BidOrganizer® work on all operating systems?

BidOrganizer is a cloud-based software, that allows you to access all of your files from any device, at any time. As long as you have an internet connection, the software is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

What is the level of security for sensitive information?

All data is secured by using HTTPS protection measures. In addition, no data will ever be shared with third parties, and access is password secured.

Are there storage limits?

There is a maximum of 100 MB per file, which accommodates most plans and specification documents.

What is the availability of support from BidOrganizer®?

Upon purchase, you will be assigned a personal client service representative. If you are in need of troubleshooting, your client service rep will always be there to help!

What is the ease of the onboarding process?

A dedicated Client Services Representativewill guide you through the process, offering training and guidance on how to import your data into the BidOrganizer® software.

Can BidOrganizer® be used by multiple users?

Used by Sub-Contractors, managers, and estimators, BidOrganizer can be accessed by multiple users at the same time! Sales reps and estimators have a workspace dedicated to their upcoming bids and can also access their teams workspace to increase collaboration. Access to company financial information or individual performance metrics like individual close ratios can be restricted.

Fit & Function

Can I sync the calendar events I input into BidOrganizer® with my current email?

Yes! Don’t miss another meeting, follow-up, or invitation to bid by syncing BidOrganizer’s calendar with Outlook, Gmail, or Yahoo calendars. Offering a clear view of all upcoming events, BidOrganizer helps you remain accountable to your construction team members.

What is the “autofill” button for?

To ease the importing process, enter the project’s information, and then click “autofill.” The autofill function allows you to enter new opportunities with the click of a button making it easy to set up new projects.

Yes! BidOrganizer has a centralized calendar that allows you to add an event, set up an alert, and even create reminder messages. This feature helps you and your team stay organized and on time.
