Sitting Rooms have over 500 square meters of space with 6 work areas in various sizes, front reception and recreation area. The services we provide are bespoke solutions to accommodate businesses in the event of an incident causing any type of business disruption. Sitting Rooms can accommodate workspace recovery teams from between 1 and 50 people. We work closely to understand the details of our client’s workplace recovery plan and set up regular tests at the facility. The cost depends on the amount of service required and the total amount of staff that need to be accommodated. To secure space we charge an annual fee per workstation of $1,500+GST (Includes computer, internet and phone). Additional services such as meeting rooms, special IT services, reception and mail services can be arranged at competitive rates. If your BCP is enacted there is also a weekly enactment fee during the time that your business uses the Sitting Rooms, this is charged at a weekly fee of $1,500+GST per person. ARE WE GUARANTEED THE SPACE? Yes, the Sitting Rooms will ensure that it could accommodate all of its clients in the unlikely event that a wide spread event were to take place in Perth. The Sitting Rooms has also implemented policies to limit the amount of clients it will take on, for example we wouldn’t accept two clients from the same building and we would limit the amount of clients from specific suburbs of Perth. DO WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE FACILITY DURING THE CONTRACT PERIOD? Yes, the Sitting Rooms permits all of its clients to use the facility regularly for meetings or events. The first two hours are free to clients, after this clients will receive 50% of extended bookings. CAN WE RUN REGULAR TESTS OF OUR BCP PLAN? Yes, the Sitting Rooms will factor the testing requirements in to the contract. The BCP requirements will determine how frequently the tests are carried out.
