Q2- Why you left the job before getting a new job. A2- I had planned my sabbatical time. I have to read a lot, think a lot and learn a lot be fore I start my  new journey. Need to finish lot of personal work. Q3- You do not have experience form the same or similar industry? A3- Having experience from same or similar industry is not the most important driver for sales success.  It is prevalent myth that candidates with same or similar industry experience are better. Also it is loaded with the high risk. The most important aspect one need to see is that the candidates sales traits, skills & attitude must match with the customers buying habits. Take away- Having experience from same or similar industry should not be sole criteria for selection or rejection. Q4-  We need an candidate with M.B.A  degree? You dont have that. A4- None of the top B School in India (including IIMs, ISB etc forgot about thousands of B, C, D, grade schools) teaches Sales, Sales Management in the core curriculum. How an MBA will be more effective in the sales role? MBA does not have any advantage for sales and sales management role. Sales is highly intuitive, experience and self learning base s kills set which has been acquired over a long period of time with dedication and interest. Having an MBA degree will definitely helps. However, not having one has never impeded my ability to deliver outstanding results. MBA will be good at Marketing, Financial Numbers and may be presentation. As a voracious reader and learner for the life I have always acquire skills and attitude, which will enhance my performance. In the age of elearing, learning the skills can be learn at click of the mouse at require time. Just in time of skill acquisition.

Q5- Can you elaborate the same in short by an example?

A5- In my last job we realized that internet marketing including SEO and google advertisement

is the new age selling tool. We our self learned & implemented complete internet marketingstrategy  including SEO, PPC, News feeds, Blog, Article submission, Video promotion and email

marketing.  And enjoying the result for the same.

Q6-What are your expectations from a  new company?

A6- Only two- a) Must aim high

b) Transparency in working

Q7-When you can join?

A7- Within fifteen days from selection.
