Fantom G Version 1.50 Supplementary Manual

This manual explains the functions that have been added in version 1.50 of the Fantom-G. Read this manual in conjunction with the

    Fantom-G Owners Manual.

Here you can perform a variety of operations related to the files

stored in the Fantom-Gs internal memory, and on USB

memory. You can copy, delete, or move files.

The organization of the project folders that are stored at the

various memory locations, and the data that is stored in the

    folders are as follows.

Do not delete or overwrite the files in the SND folder on yourpersonal computer.

Settings essential to the operation of the Fantom-G are stored in

the SND folder. If you attempt to delete any of the f iles in this

folder using File Utility, the message Protected will appear,

and you wont be able to carry out the deletion.

    1. Press [MENU] to access the Menu window.

    2. Press [F6 (File Utility)].

The File Utility screen will appear.

    3. Press the function buttons to select the operation you want

    to carry out.

    , : Select the folder.

, : Move between folder levels.

Even if you make changes in a project using File Utility, those

changes wont be reflected in the temporary area. This is

because, under File Utility, all changes you make are made

directly with respect to the project file that resides in internal

memory or USB memory. To load data into the temporary area,

you need to issue the Load Project command. For more

information about Load Project, see Load Project under

Menu Reference in the Owners Manual.

The following icon will appear if you modify a project that is

identical to the one in the temporary area.
