We are only permitted to ship a limited variety of “citrus only” gifts to AZ, CA, LA and TX. They are subject to state regulations and may take longer. Varieties permitted are Ruby Red Grapefruit, Navels, Red Navels, Honeybells and Sunburst Tangerines.

Delivery RatesOur shipping and handling charge is a uniform rate of $12.99 per package. Even with increased mailing prices, we are doing our best to minimize your cost.

Substitutions: If we need to make a substitution to your order due to weather, seasonality or shipment delays, be assured that the item we substitute will be of equal or greater value.

Please check and verify gift addresses.All packages will be sent via FEDEX Ground. Physical addresses are required.If we’re unable to deliver a gift for reasons beyond our control (e.g. a recipient has moved or is out of town, or a business is closed for the holiday, etc), we cannot provide a refund on your purchase or send a replacement without charging you. If our shipping company is able to correct an incorrect address, you will be billed an additional $13.
