Yogurt Tzatziki

DirectionsStir together yogurt, grated cucumber,garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in abowl. Add lemon zest, dill, salt, andpepper; whisk until smooth. Pour intoa serving dish, cover tightly, andrefrigerate 8 hours before serving.

Saugeen Yogurt and Kefir At Saugeen Country Dairy they have been making organic yogurt from cow'smilk, bacterial culture and nothing else since 1994. Most yogurts use milkprotein, skim milk powder, stabilizers and gelatine. Saugeen does nothomogenize the milk, and often there is a thin layer of cream on the top ofthe yogurt. Use it instead of cream cheese on bread, incake frostings, dips, mashed potatoes or whip it with vanilla andcinnamon in place of whipped cream.

2. Make yogurt popsicles by mixing 2 cups of plain yogurt, 2 cupsfrozen berries, 2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla) and 1/4 cupagave nectar. Preparation: Place ingredients in a blender, processuntil combined and pour into popsicle molds or waxed papercups with a popsicle stick in the centre and freeze.
