If you are visiting today, we are honored and pleased by your presence. Clearly things are much different right now and we are trying to be safe as we worship our God. I am saddened to see our elders have to deal with this pandemic, but I have respected them through it all and pray that you will do the same. Our respect and support are due to them at all times, as instructed in Hebrews 13:17, but perhaps even more so now. So, when will this virus be over? When will this election be over? When will we have a vaccine? How many more will get it? Who else will die from it? Should we or could we have a Thanksgiving holiday gathering? Should the elders require masks? Should the elders close in -person services again for a few weeks? Who is going to school? What days will I go to school? Should anyone be going to school at all? Should we still be playing sports? What gatherings or community events can we have as a church? Where can we have them? Who can come? I’m sure that you have more questions and more concerns. Those are just some I have been hearing and asking of myself. I must admit with all these circumstances surrounding us, it is easy to lose sight of the many things we should show our thankfulness for on a daily basis. I am really disheartened about missing our Thanksgiving “sandwich” meal together on Wednesday night because I always look forward to Thanksgiving and just being together to enjoy the fellowship with one another. We have so much to be thankful for as the Psalmist reminds us: Psalm 50:14- “Offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving, and per- form your vows to the Most High,” Psalm 95:2- “Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to Him with songs of praise!” Psalm 100:4- “Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise!     Roamin’ with Rodney…

    Welcome to the worship services of the Leoma church of Christ! If

    you are visiting today, we are honored and pleased by your presence.

    Clearly things are much different right now and we are trying to be

    safe as we worship our God. I am saddened to see our elders have to

    deal with this pandemic, but I have respected them through it all and

    pray that you will do the same. Our respect and support are due to

    them at all times, as instructed in Hebrews 13:17, but perhaps even

    more so now.

    So, when will this virus be over? When will this election be over?

    When will we have a vaccine? How many more will get it? Who else

    will die from it? Should we or could we have a Thanksgiving holiday

    gathering? Should the elders require masks? Should the elders close in

    -person services again for a few weeks? Who is going to school? What

    days will I go to school? Should anyone be going to school at all?

    Should we still be playing sports? What gatherings or community

    events can we have as a church? Where can we have them? Who can

    come?

    I’m sure that you have more questions and more concerns. Those

    are just some I have been hearing and asking of myself. I must admit
