Family Hospice & Pallative Care Services
“The minute you came into her life was the first sign of ‘peace’ that we have seen in years. We can never express enough gratitude for the part you played in her life as well as ours.”
WHAT IS HOSPICE CARE?
Hospice care is comfort-focused care for patients
with a life expectancy of six months or less, no
matter the illness. St. Joseph Family Hospice
focuses on managing symptoms, relieving pain
and improving the quality of life.
“We had no idea what Hospice really does for its patients and were enlightened by your vast knowledge, compassion and support in all that you do. We’re not sure we would have been able to continue home care without you – in fact we KNOW we couldn’t.”
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

care coordination
• On-call nursing support 24 hours a day,
seven days a week
