    Autumn 2012 EDITION

Thankyou, Mary!Mary Rogers is one of our wonderful Family History volunteers. For the past eleven years, Mary has conducted the “Family History for Beginners Course”. During that time she has taught over 1,000 people how to begin their Family History Research. She was always happy to answer the many questions that people had both during and after every seminar.

Mary held her last “Family History for Beginners Course” on 15 November 2011. She’s now “retired’, however continues to volunteer her time, helping the many people who come along to the Genie Exchange to research their Family Tree. The Reference and Local History staff would like to thank Mary for all that she has done for us. We consider her part of the family!
