Family Fun nightnorth sydney olympic Pool

If any New Years Eve Family Fun Night is cancelled, abandoned or postponed in whole or part due to adverse weather conditions or for any cause beyond the control of North Sydney Council/North Sydney Olympic Pool, there is no right to refund or exchange and no obligation is assumed by North Sydney Council/North Sydney Olympic Pool for the arrangement of a substitute event. Event programs, activities, duration and timing may be subject to alteration without notice. North Sydney Council/North Sydney Olympic Pool reserves the right to vary, add, withdraw or substitute advertised programs, activities and facilities.

In the event of the 9pm fireworks display being delayed or postponed, the North Sydney Olympic Pool Facility must be vacated by 9.30pm.

The tickets are non-refundable and are sold only for the date on the ticket. Council is under no obligation to hold another event if the fireworks are postponed to another date.

Customers are urged to personally collect their tickets from the North Sydney Olympic Pool Facility, as there will be NO replacement of tickets that are lost (this includes tickets that are lost in the mail), stolen or misplaced.

Glass is not permitted in the facility. Any glass vessel will be confiscated.

All bags must be presented for inspection prior to entering the facility.

North Sydney Olympic Pool is a smoke-free zone.
