November 2013 Dear Parents, Request for your support and generos i ty . Every year, Stella Maris Catholic Primary School hosts its Fun Day. Next year, the Fun Day will be held on the 1st of March 2014. The support of the school community is vital in ensuring a successful day, both in terms of our fundraising efforts and in terms of an exciting and rewarding day for the families that attend. In this challenging economic climate, it is more important than ever to focus on a sense of community. The Fun Day Group is dedicated to ensuring your support is properly acknowledged and provides maximum value to you and/or your business. The Fun Day is the single most important fundraiser that the Parents and Friends Group undertakes. The Parents and Friends Group deliver very real benefits to the children in our school. An example of this is the ongoing work on the outdoor learning area. The attached proposal gives you more information on ways you can support our event. Family Fun Day
Stella Maris Catholic Primary School in Point Cook, would like to invite you to support your local school community at our Family Fun Day on Saturday 1st March 2014.
The Stella Maris Family Fun Day is the school’s major fund-‐raising event of the year. All money raised goes towards HHGH stimulating and engaging outdoor learning and play environment.
The Family Fun Day is in its fourth year of operation and it just keeps getting bigger and better. The 2014 fund raising target is $25,000. The event is not to be missed by the school’s 550 students and their families and friends. Widespread promotion of the event in the local community also sees the wider Point Cook community coming along. The anticipated attendance is between 2,000 and 3,000 people. You can support the school by selecting one of the following sponsorship packages:
• Platinum -‐ $2,000 • Gold -‐ $500 • Silver -‐ $250 • Bronze -‐ $100
