Family Fun Afternoon & Camp 

Saturday 4th

 July from 4.00pm 

Come and join us for our family fun afternoon…. And if you are feeling brave join our camp out on the school

field.

The Family Fun afternoon from £1 per adult, Children free, includes games and

activities throughout the afternoon and early evening, incl. sports games, disco,from 4.00pm to 9pm.

Children need to be supervised by a parent at all times.

Bouncy Castle with unlimited amount of bouncing (timed sessions) wristband

costs £2 per person.

There will be hot & cold drinks as well as sweets for sale.

Dinner will be available from 5pm to 6.30pm - (please use the slip below toorder).

There will be some food that isn’t pre ordered on a first come basis as well as

chips from £1/portion on the night. 

When to sun goes down we’ll light a campfire, roast marshmallows and have a

song or 2!

FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO CAMP TOO….. 

Its only £5 (includes family fun afternoon) to pitch

(50 pitches available, not on the day bookings), it is an extra £3 if you want to

 bring an awning or gazebo.

Bikes and scooters are allowed (please use responsibly).

A food van will be attending in the morning for breakfast.

You can set up on the field from 3pm on Saturday.

All campers off school premises by 11am on Sunday morning.

Children may only camp with an adult. No BBQs or stoves.

There will a licenced bar selling beer and cider but you may bring your own

alcohol too.

Please drink responsibly and YOU are responsible for your child/ren,

this is a family day there is no child supervision by staff.
