FACILITYLakeview Christian Conference & Retreat Center exists to help local churches in their mission to share the love of God, and to nurture a life in Christ. Located on 20 acres at the north end of Five Mile Lake near Federal Way, Washington, we offer a place for reflection, Bible study, prayer, fun, and fellowship in the midst of playing fields and old growth fir and cedar.

CHAPEL

Sanctuary seats 175-200 with an adjacent fellowship room that can be used for overflow and/or fellowship and recreation (ping pong and foosball) Sanctuary does have a sound system

Chapel has a fellowship room with 2 ping pong tables and 3 foosball tables

DINING

Overlooking Five Mile Lake, with a large fireplace at one end, the Dining Hall is often used as a meeting room as well as a place to enjoy meals. The large kitchen is fully equipped with diningware, cooking and cleaning equipment. Total seating is 165 campers and your staff will be fully trained in the use of all kitchen equipment.

DINING HALL

Kitchen includes 6'x8' walk in refrigerator, 3-freezers, 2 convection ovens, 6-burner gas range, 5' gas griddle, 3 steam warming bins, conveyor toaster, ice machine, commercial dishwashing room, 2 large rice cookers, and all needed plates, pots and pans and utensils.

LODGE

The Lodge is a self-contained with everything needed to host your retreat. A large meeting room, a fully equipped kitchen, his and hers bathrooms with showers and 4 large bedrooms with a total of 36 beds. The meeting room is cedar lined with a large wood fireplace and upright piano. Overhead projector with TV-VCR is included at no extra charge. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, 6-burner gas range with 24 inch griddle and double gas oven

DORM

The Dorm sleeps 48 campers divided up into 6 bedrooms. Rooms 1-2 each sleep 12 and rooms 3-6 each sleep 6. Large guys and gals bathrooms with total of 6 showers.

APARTMENTS

The Apartment building is comprised of 4 apartments each containing two bedrooms and a bathroom shower. One bedroom sleeps 2 and one bedroom sleeps 4. Each apartment sleeps 6 for a total of 24 beds in this building

CABIN 2

Cabin 2 sleeps a total of 6 campers and includes bathroom/shower. Located right next to the dining hall it frequently houses the cooking staff.

CABIN 3

Cabin 3 sleeps a total of 10 campers. It also has bathroom/shower and remains a favorite cabins among the ladies due to its open space, large vanity mirror with double sinks and generous amounts of storage

CABIN 7

Cabin 7 is a small self-contained cabin used for camp speakers, personal retreats, etc. It is a staff cabin that can sleep up to 6 campers, possessing a large open space with 2 futons, bathroom/shower and a small kitchen.

CABIN 8

Cabin 8 or "The Perch", as we like to call it, sleeps 8 campers with its own bathroom/shower and a nice little desk located in the center of the room (a favorite for light night games)

CABIN 9

Cabin 9 sleeps 10 campers and also has its own bathroom/shower.

Cabin 10

Cabin 10 is a small 2-bedroom staff house that can sleep 10 campers. It has a full kitchen, bathroom/shower with large living/meeting room. It can be used in conjunction with cabin 9 for groups up to 20 in size.

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

Baseball field, soccer field, covered lighted gymnasium with volleyball and basketball

Waterfront

Waterfront with swimming area, canoes and paddleboats. (Five-Mile Lake is a non-motorized lake

Climbing wall, horseshoes, Frissbee golf and playground area with an additional sand volleyball court.
