Dear delegates,
the autumn has come and that means the biggest national conference
FallCo 2012 is here as well!
It is going to be about learning, opportunities, knowledge, fun and much more.
But none of it will become true unless you all are there and contribute with your
positive energy, ideas and knowledge by 100 %.
We all are the generation of achievers, who can build upon the conference
output in our term, as well as create a legacy for the next generations.
Therefore I honestly believe that you as delegates will do your best in order to
take the best out of it.
It´s time to Do it! 100 %. It´s time for FallCo 2012!

Tracks and agendas Newies track Who: new members of AIESEC, XPs
The track is focused mainly on education for newies about particular topics
that are another step within their early development in AIESEC and will enhance
their functional area skills.
The educational sessions will be strongly connected to the simulations after
each of the trainings. Everything will be happening in small home groups so some
might challenge themselves and take the responsibility for leading the team.
Team leader track Who: team leaders, XPs, managers
On Friday, team leader track and EB track will be joined together for
WorCo - subtracks based on functional areas. There will be very specific results
at the end of the day for delegates’ functional areas and local committees.
On Saturday, team leader track will be aimed on how to make people work
in the organization, how to handle other activities while leading a team or how
to excel in what you do.
On Sunday, team leader and EB tracks will be joined again for a session called
“My FallCo 2012”.
Executive Board track Who: executive board members, managers
On Friday, team leader track and EB track will be joined together for
WorCo - subtracks based on functional areas. There will be very specific results
at the end of the day for delegates’ functional areas and local committees.
On Saturday, EB track delegates will have the last block of LEAD.
On Sunday, team leader and EB tracks will be joined again for a session called
“My FallCo 2012”.

Alumni track Who: alumni of AIESEC Czech Republic
The track offers all the alumni an opportunity to meet old friends, catch up on
what has been happening in their favourite organization, to share their
experience with current members of AIESEC and have loads of fun at the parties.
Alumni, please make sure to arrive to the site by Friday November 16th 18:00
the latest, because the first session is called “wine degustation” and you do not
want to miss that!
The tracks of FallCo 2012 are not designed for international delegates
in the first place. If you are an international and want to participate in a Czech
national conference, we would like to invite you to NEXT 2013. For more

Functional meetings (FMs) Functional areas: LCPs, GIP IC, GCDP IC, OGX, TM
Who: MC, NST, EBs, TMLs/MANs (only GIP IC and CR)
(If you do not fit in any of the categories above, then there is no functional
meeting for you and you will come to the site together with your LC
on Thursday November 15th.)

situated in beautiful surroundings about 80 km far from Prague.

Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided in rooms with 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 beds in heated
cottages with own sanitary facilities. In order to keep your rooms clean, please
bring your slippers.
Because we want to make the conference as “green” as possible, we would like to
ask you to bring your own cup for coffee/tea and revise your recycling
knowledge:).
Transportation details Arrivals If you participate in the functional meetings, contact your VP for more
information on date, time and means of travelling to the site.
If you don’t participate in functional meetings, you will come to the site
on Thursday November 15th together with your LC. There will be buses to pick
you up from the train station in Doksy. Check the table of recommended
arrivals below.

Individual travelling and pick-ups
If you travel to/from the conference in your own car, please let us
know the dates and times of your arrival and departure at

The price for this service is 150 CZK per car, so we encourage you to arrange
your trip together with other people so that you can share the price.

Fees Newies, XPs, EBs The fee depends on your LC.
Alumni If you arrive on Friday November 16th in the afternoon/earlier, the fee is 600 CZK
(Friday dinner is included).
If you arrive on Friday November 16th in the evening, the fee is 550 CZK (Friday
dinner is not included).
Party delegates The fee for party delegates (who did not register) is 200 CZK. The price does not
include neither food nor beds, so get enough sleep in advance so that you can
party non-stop:). More info for party delegates at [email protected].
Storno fees Storno till November 4th - 100 % of your money will be given back.
Storno till November 11th - 50 % of your money will be given back.
Storno after November 11th - too bad, 0 % of your money will be given back.

Parties
Thursday - Greek party Your chance to become a true Greek god, goddess, warrior, emperor,
philosopher, poet or anything else connected with Ancient Greece!
Important - be creative and bring your own costume, it is not allowed to use
bed sheets form the site for the party. Thanks for understanding.
Friday - KB Awards Night and Retro party
Firstly, we will enjoy a classy Komerční banka
Awards Night. Then we will party like they did
back in the good old times at a stylish Retro
party. So don’t forget to bring formal clothes in
the style of 50s, 60s and 70s and in black, red
and white coulours. You should start practicing
your dance moves as well, because there a lot of
surprises prepared for you!

Saturday - FallCo 2012 Topalky Contest
Topalky night like never before...
Prepare yourself for the most prestigious game in the
AIESEC Czech Republic. Enjoy your participation and fight
for unfading fame and special prize for the best team.
Little extras There might come a time when you need to take a

A few years ago, I felt I wanted to experience something great
and memorable at my career start after AIESEC. I decided to
apply for internship in Melbourne, Australia. I took the 6
months challenge to assist the CFO of the local firm acquired by
GE and I was lucky enough to share great life culture which you
can't find anywhere else. I improved various skills from my finance background and discovered
my personal life priorities as well. If you feel like you want achieve something unique just go for
it and DO IT!

U nás v týmu si často děláme legraci, že marketingová
komunikace - to jsou občas "zázraky na počkání" či "návrhy ze
dne na den". Zde pak není moc času to složitě rozebírat a
analyzovat. Například když se dozvíme, že jsme Banka roku či
Nejžádanější zaměstnavatel desetiletí, a dodání dat do tisku
je za 48 hodin. Zadání je stručné, jasné, jedno slovo - ocenění.

Jsem typem člověka, který své kroky promýšlí, hledá pro a
proti, přičemž ale v podstatě závidím lidem, kteří své
rozhodnutí přijímají stylem „tak to zkusme“, ohromně to
totiž šetří čas. Jsou ale chvíle, kdy i já své rozhodnutí
přijímám impulzivně, bez rozmýšlení. Jako třeba ranní
telefonát kamaráda: „jedu na vodní lyže, jedeš taky?“,
„jasně, jedu“ byla odpověď. Vypil jsem půlku Labe, tažen
lanem padal po hlavě do vody, 14 dnů si následně léčil
natažený sval, ale hned bych jel znovu. Nebo lepší příklad -
neznámá, která mě oslovila u baru, nevedla žádné
seznamovací řeči o počasí, ale vykládala něco o gayích, vysypala obsah kabelky, aby mi – kdo ví
proč – ukázala, co všechno v ní nosí. Šveholila, hlučela, k nezastavení. Nakonec jsem se z jejích
spárů dostal proplazením pod kobercem. Za dva dny mi píše, jak prý se mi ten večer líbil. Bez
rozmýšlení odepisuju, že to bylo fajn až na divnou holku, co vedla divné řeči. Neurazila se a
dnes máme už 17-ti měsíční dcerku.

S kamarády jsme se jednou před lety vzájemně hecovali, kdo skočí
bungee jumping. Všichni jsme tehdy byli 100% přesvědčení, že to
přece nic není, že je to hračka a klidně skočíme. To trvalo ale jen do
té doby, než jsme přijeli na most a uviděli tu hloubku pod sebou.
V tu chvíli by se u nás nikdo „krve nedořezal“. Stáli jsme tam
s vytřeštěnýma očima a dívali se, jak lidé, kteří přišli před námi mizí
za hlasitého křiku v hloubce pod námi. Bylo vidět, jak každému
z nás běží hlavou „tohle přeci nemůžu dát“. Cítila jsem, že jsem
přesně na té hranici, kdy se buď zaseknu, nic se mnou nehne a já
odjedu s nepořízenou domů, nebo „to dám“. A rozdíl těchto dvou
zcela opačných výsledků? Moje hlava, mé vlastní rozhodnutí. Tak
jsem se rozhodla. Rychle a hned. A výsledek? Jeden z nejlepších
životních zážitků, který bych za nic nevyměnila. Za všechno, kam se
v životě dostaneme a co uděláme si zodpovídáme sami. Jde tedy
vlastně jenom o to, nebát se vzít zodpovědnost za svůj život do
vlastních rukou a užívat si toho, kam nás naše rozhodnutí donesou.

Last time I did something right away without having to consider all
the pros and cons? Nine years ago, at the beginning of my career in
HR, a friend came to me with an offer to go and work in a
recruitment agency. I did not hesitate at all and made an immediate
decision to go for it; no experience, zero knowledge of the field, just
being a student of the Charles University. Had I not have made this
decision, I would not be working in KB now. I believe that all things
are connected and sometimes it pays off to just follow your intuition
and do it without thinking of the consequences. Listening to your
intuition makes the world more exciting place.

Na praxi v Tunisku jsme místo zdlouhavého a
teoretického připravování bookletů a materiálů o
produktech firmy s kolegou vzali naše produkty a šli je
představit firmám - potenciálním zákazníkům. Stali se
z nich naši zákazníci i bez plánované brožury.
