Start with the invisible grid system with ordinary grid and simple geometry shapes placed on it.

Study Model 1

Use rectangles to present simple geometry shapes, and use outline to indicate grid.

Use diagonal wood sys-tem to indicate rotated grid. Remain using rect-angle shapes.

Add a sense of radiation into the rotated grid system. Besides geometry shapes begin to be centralized around the radial center.

Use wood frame to represent the radiation and use foam to show how tectonic structure has a radial center.

Final Pavilion Model

Material:wood, foam, foam core

The Main idea is based on the radial rotated grid system. Add ideas of tec-tonic and stereotomic, cluster to open space, ac-cessible interior as peo-ple walk following the gird frame, and interac-tion between people and space.
