Health and Wellness Zumba®
Join the party! Learn Merengue, Salsa, Samba and many
other world dances while shedding calories and toning
your body. This cardio workout is fun for all ages and
body types. Wear comfortable clothes and fitness shoes
(runners, tennis shoes, etc.). No experience or partners

Digital Storytelling is the craM of personal storytelling using
media tools to share, and record stories from our lives. In this
unique workshop experience you will create a powerful 3-
minute movie for personal use, web broadcast or for a
selected audience. With the help of facilitators and easy-to-
use edi0ng soMware, you will record yourself reading or telling
your story and create a video adding a combina0on of
photographs, drawings, scanned memorabilia, video clips and

foil’ method of assembling a stained glass panel. More
forgiving than the tradi0onal ‘lead’ method, it is perfect for
beginners, yet sophis0cated enough to be the choice for

and cut out glass for your paOern, and then you will grind,
copper foil, solder and finish a stained glass panel. PaOerns

food processing industry, building operators, custodians,
resident manager and others involved in opera0ons of

as a preparatory course to challenging the Alberta Boiler Safety
Associa0on FiMh Class Power Engineering Cer0ficate. To
qualify to take the ABSA exam and receive the cer0ficate, you
