Call to Action Letter, prior to casting your ballots on December 17, 2012: Take a Stand for Free and Fair Elections!

Dear Governors and Electors,

We The People will no longer ignore the internal destruction of the United States of America by its corrupt elected officials from both parties, who choose to ignoreour Charters of Freedom and govern according to their own self-serving interests. Our liberties are being regulated and destroyed every day at the hands of thoseholding public offices in every level of government. Please take heed prior to the surrender of the Certificates of Vote and Ascertainment.

One freedom is our right to vote in free and fair elections. Voter fraud is now commonplace - before, during, and after our elections. The depth of fraud must be

addressed immediately to secure our way of life and all its liberties. Our election process can no longer be trusted to represent the free and fair choice of the people.

The 2012 election was fraught with fraud. The states with documented election related fraud cases are: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, IowaKansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, SouthDakota, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Virtually half of our country, 24 out of 50 states, experienced voter fraud. Given the depth of the fraudulent activity that tookplace in the November 2012 election, it is a forgone conclusion that the results of this election cannot be considered to be legitimate, trustworthy, free, or fair.

The types of voter fraud are just as wide spread: absentee ballot fraud, absentee ballot delayed receipts, voter intimidation, voter suppression, vote buying,electioneering, registration fraud, electronic machine malfunction, posthumous voting, destruction of voter registrations, noncitizen voting, coercion of mentallydisabled voters, voters voting in multiple states with falsified documents, double/multiple in-state voting, and vote totals greater than 100% of registered voters.

The 12th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States pertains to the electoral vote and the selection of the President and the Vice President. It states, TheElectors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President It also goes on to state, The person having the greatest Numbeof votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then fromthe persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by

ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purposeshall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all states shall be necessary to a choice.

The most important point within this text is this: if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed. This plainly states that if the electoral voteis not the majority, then the House of Representatives has the duty to choose the President. If no candidate, President or Vice President, wins 270 or more electoravotes, a majority, the 12th Amendment to the Constitution provides for the election of both individuals.

The 12th Amendment has never been exercised in the history of our country. The need to utilize this powerful Amendment has never existed, until now. The time hascome, for We The People, to encourage the Electors of our country to preserve and protect our very rights to liberty. It provides the American people a way to enforcejust that. In addition, this amendment, in all its clarity, does not refer to race, religion, or gender.

We The People, united in our efforts to ensure our election process remains free from fraud, are pleading to your moral compass, to cast your electoral vote as NOon December 17, 2012. Given the prolific amount of fraud in the November 2012 election process, should any one of you question beyond a reasonable doubt theauthenticity of the results of said election, you must cast your vote as NO. You must vote as a Faithless Elector, no matter the consequences. You as an Electoral viayour vote have the power to restore the liberties this country was founded upon. Or, you can perpetuate the corruption and fraud that is rampant in our government,

contributing to the demise of the United States of America, should you decide to cast your electoral vote based on f raudulent results. Electors act as a function of thestate, not the federal government. No Elector has ever been prosecuted for failing to vote as pledged. Constitutional scholars agree electors remain free agents, andcan decline to cast their vote for a specific candidate, either by voting for an alternate candidate, or abstaining completely. We The People, will be united and proudlystand with you as you cast your vote as NO as a Faithless Elector. We The People, will be united and stand with the President of the United States, as chosen by the House of Representatives, and with the Vice President of theUnited States, as chosen by the Senate, no matter what the outcome.

The following states have a legal requirement or pledge for Electors to cast their vote for a specific candidate, and comprise 302 electoral votes: Alabama, Alaska,California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, NebraskaNevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

The following states have no legal binding requirement, and comprise 236 electoral votes: Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, KansasKentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, and WesVirginia.

We The People of the United States of America, in Order to reinstate a more perfect Union, have decided in the Course of human events, that our election processhas been destroyed, and it is the Right of the People to alter it, and it has become necessary for one people to lay a new foundation for our elections on suchprinciples and organize our powers in such form as to stop this long train of abuses and usurpations. It is our right, it is our duty, to provide the new Guards, you asElectors, for our future security, and such is now the necessity, which constrains you to alter the course of our history to preserve and protect the life and liberties othis United States of America.
