Vidi 2The surface mounted Vidi 2 distrib-utes the light towards the ceiling and walls, where the light is then reflected down towards the floor. If the the luminaire is looked at lengthways, the Vidi 2 is completely shielded.

New lighting for better communicationA corridor is a place where we are on the way to somewhere else; but that's no reason to compromise on the lighting. Few rooms have such high demands for glare-free, pleas-ant light and thats why we have always taken a little extra care. Vidi is another step away from traditional downlight or surface mounted corridor lighting solutions. Focusing on the people within the space, Vidi offers new opportunities to create a varied, glare-free, energy-efficient light.

A totally new kind of corridor lightingVidi is an innovative solution based on a new way of provid-ing light. With Vidis lined diffuser the light source is screen as much as possible, avoiding any light being distributed di-rectly at the viwer – an important feature for rooms where people are constantly on the move. The diffuser acts as a blind and distributes the light, at the same time screening the light source as you pass alongside the luminaire. The design of the lined diffuser varies between the Vidi models, each facilitating the light being guided precisely where we want it to be, on the walls and ceilings, to create

the bright rooms that we strive to achieve. The concept has been developed for optimal lighting ergonomics and satisfies the future EN-12461-1 require-ments for ceiling and wall luminance. A higher proportion of reflected light produces a soft, pleasant lit environment and contributes to a dynamic perception of the room. The increase in the ambient levels ensures the whole area is lit where people are moving about, making it easier to per-ceive objects and to see the faces of people you encounter. Better communication, in all respects.

Vidi 3Vidi 3 is a wall luminaire distributing the light towards the sides of the wall where the light is then reflected out into the room. Due to the lumi-naire's position, the louvre has been fitted with extra opacity for optimal cut-off of the light source. For hori-zontal installation, use Vidi 2.
