This application form, duly completed should be submitted to the Registrar, University of Science & Technology, Bannu on or

before the due date along-with: 1. Attested photocopies of certificates, degrees, detail marks certificates, domicile experience certificates and other relevant

documents.

2. Candidates apply for the positions of Professors and Associate Professors, five (5) copies of the application forms should be neatly filled in bound form alongwith the copies of the reprints and list of publications, as per advertisement.

3. The information given must be completely and clearly filled. Publications, if any, must be attached. 4. Separate sheets be used if necessary. 5. Candidates already in employment should submit their application forms through proper Channel along-with NOC issued by the competent authority. 6. Separate application form must be submitted for each post. 7. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. 8. The university will not pay any expenses incurred for attending the test or interview.
