What is FacultyE portfolio?
What is Faculty E Portfolio?
• Faculty portfolios are collections of evidence intending to document a teachers classroom practice and allow various sorts of comment by colleagues and superiors.
• It used for ‘formative’ as well as for ‘summative’ evaluation also.

Type - Teaching Portfolio
It is a collection of wide range of activities used:
• For improvement of performance • For assessment before promotion, merit and
employment decisions• For formative and summative evaluation

Type - Course Portfolio
• Course portfolio is developed to support ‘formative’ process of reflection, discussion and improvement
• Is sometimes used to check readers’ abilities to assess course portfolio
• Example: Mills Kelly posed a question in his course portfolio:“How was it that I know using the web in my teaching was improving students understanding of the past?”)
