ELCA – The independent Swiss IT company

ELCA has pursued one objective since the company was founded in 1968: to make IT easier. With convenient solutions for complex tasks; with reliability and commitment; with precision and customer focus.

The ELCA Group combines ELCA Informatics Ltd and ticketing spe-cialist SecuTix SA under one roof. The headquarters are in Lausanne, and the company also has offices in Geneva, Bern, Zurich, Paris, Madrid and Ho Chi Minh City (our offshore development takes place in Vietnam).

ELCA achieved ISO 9001 quality certification in 1993, and has maintained this standard ever since. In 2011, ISO 9001 environ mental management certification was also achieved. Every year, we undertake an additional internal quality review based on the EQMF process. The development centre in Vietnam is appraised at the third level of maturity according to the CMMI-DEV model, which was renewed in 2013.

What do we do?

As a specialist in software solutions for complex and unique systems, ELCA advises its clients on the best use of modern information technologies. The integration of solutions including ECM, CRM, BI, IT security, ticketing, portals and BPM is also one of our strengths. We develop, integrate and operate IT solutions based on our customers’ needs, we make our clients’ business processes more efficient and help them to achieve their business goals.

ELCA has a strong position in the financial and insurance industries, in healthcare, the public sector, the leisure and event industry as well as in the transport sector. We have special expertise in a number of core technologies, including Java and .Net. While we make exten-sive use of products from our strategic technology partners Microsoft and Oracle, we also use open-source components and solutions from other software companies.
