FACT SHEET Telling Our Story On May 1, 2017, Johnson & Johnson will launch two new museums that will take visitors on a journey through time and around the world as they explore the stories behind more than 130 years of innovations that have changed the course of human health. Johnson & Johnson Our Story at the Powerhouse is located in the oldest building – the 1907-built Powerhouse - on the company’s global headquarters campus in New Brunswick, NJ; Johnson & Johnson Our Story, the companion online museum, can be accessed at ourstory.jnj.com . Both experiences use immersive, interactive storytelling techniques to bring to life Johnson & Johnson’s rich heritage of innovation and its impact on generations of mothers, fathers, babies, doctors, nurses, patients, and on communities globally. Visitor Experiences Each museum offers its own unique visitor experience; Johnson & Johnson Our Story at the Powerhouse provides a multi-sensorial approach where visitors explore and engage in acts of discovery in a physical space that is an artifact in its own right. Johnson & Johnson Our Story draws visitors along a path of discovery online with mixed-media narratives, intuitive navigation and attention-grabbing visuals. Johnson & Johnson Our Story at the Powerhouse offers 11 distinct visitor experiences including: Global Impact: A multimedia interactive experience illustrating Johnson & Johnson’s global reach through a 3-D globe interface displayed on touchscreens, with locations and themes brought to life through 2-D photography, video and animated data visualizations Foundations: The story of how Johnson & Johnson became the company it is today, told through images and rare artifacts, including an interactive experience that shows visitors the visual impact of Johnson & Johnson’s drive to make surgery sterile A Trip Through Time: Interactive timelines connecting the stories, world events and people behind noteworthy Johnson & Johnson milestones and innovations like commercially- produced sterile sutures and bandages, First Aid Kits, important medicines like HALDOL ® and TYLENOL ® , family favorites such as JOHNSON’S ® Baby products and our early corporate disaster relief programs Re-Making Memories: Experience booth emitting the iconic scent of JOHNSON’S ® Baby Shampoo, inviting visitors to revisit loving moments with their own parent or child by interacting with the familiar scent in a new way Familiar Favorites: Displays of vintage products and advertising for the company’s most iconic products, including more than 100 vintage and modern BAND-AID ® Brand Adhesive Bandages tins and packages, and advertisements dating back to 1886 Exploring the Archives: A curated collection of artifacts including the company’s groundbreaking Maternity Kits, photographs of the company and employees over more than a century, as well as rare items such as an Art Deco First Aid Kit from the 1930s and examples of the company’s original sterile surgical dressings from 1886 Bringing the Credo to Life: An immersive cinematic theater experience based on the company’s guiding statement of corporate social responsibility, Our Credo -MORE-

The Centennial of the Great War: In recognition of 2017 as the centennial of the United States’ entry into World War I, the museum’s rotating exhibit space will launch with a showcase of the Johnson & Johnson medical innovations that were used to save lives during World War I, artifacts highlighting the company’s support for employees who served during the conflict, and the story of how the company’s participation ultimately led to its global expansion
