FACILITIES COUNCIL

MEETING DATE: November 20, 2015

SUMMARY: Facilities Master Plan 2011-2030 – Annual update for 2015 is

submitted for the information of the Council.

COMMENTS: The Facilities Master Plan 2011-2030 (FMP) maps and

spreadsheets serve as primary reference materials for the FMP ad

hoc implementation subcommittees, the Facilities Council,

Facilities Advisory Committee, Architecture Landscape Review

Board, campus leadership, staff, project architectural/engineering

teams, public-private partnerships, and as general information

about University plans.

Annual updates, as part of the University’s Capital Budget

process, will ensure that the maps and spreadsheets are current.

This annual update for 2015 reflects UMD’s FY 2017-2026

Capital Improvement Program and FY 2016-2025 System Funded
