faceboook as communication tool - michael kazarnowicz
DESCRIPTION
Many critical voices have questioned both the effectiveness and the future of Facebook as a marketing tool. Berghs' course director Michael Kazarnowicz gives his point of view. "Facebook is not purely a deserved channel, nor is it a bought channel. You can't really say it's an owned channel either, as you cannot affect how it will work a year from now. It is a "borrowed" channel with huge potential, but how do you use it? Who can you reach? This session will cover concrete tips about the Facebook page as a communication tool."TRANSCRIPT
