My Documents

• Post small documents to share with others on Facebook. • Example documents: résumé, syllabus, study notes, and

such.Limitations:• Maximum file size is 200kb• Maximum of 5 documents

Files

• The Files application offers more space than My Documents.

• Post and share files• Organize files by folder• Browse friends’ files

Limitations:

20MB of space, but 20 more for every friend who installs the application, up to 1 GB.

My Office

• Versatile tool for Project management• Post discussions among project team members• Collaborate on documents in a wiki-like whiteboard

environment• Keep track of task lists, including dates and assigned

team members.• Post and share files among the group.• Invite all team members to join the project. Can set a

project to be open to all or invitation only.• View a comprehensive calendar that tracks tasks and

events that are complete or incomplete.

• Any project member can open the file. • Save the file to your hard drive, edit, and repost

• 30 MB maximum• Share publicly or only

with your friends or network

• Search for other slide presentations by tag or browse by network

• Import slide shows from slideshare.net

• Select files to upload.• Add a comprehensive

description to make your presentation easy to find.

• Set the privacy level for your slide show. Set to Everybody, My Network, or My friends.

• Add tags to aid others when searching for presentations.

Finding a Presentation on slideshare

• Browse slide shows uploaded or imported by members of your network

• Use the Search tags button to find presentations about a specific topic
