Health and Fitness: Tips
1. Find the best fitness friend

find someone who will inspire—not discourage. So make a list of all your
exercise-loving friends, then see who fits this criteria.
2. Buy comfortable sneakers
You shouldn't buy sneakers that hurt! Your shoes should always feel
comfortable.
3. Say hello to water
When you head for exercise, it's always important to hydrate, so you can stay
energized and have your best workout. Athletic drinks can be a source of
unnecessary calories. Drinking water is usually fine until you're exercising for
more than one hour.
