REGULAR MEETING The Regular Meeting of the Board of Education of the Special Services School District and The Institute of Technology of The County of Burlington was held on Wednesday evening, June 19, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. at the Rutgers Center, 2 Academy Dr., Westampton, NJ. The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by President Robert Silcox, followed by the flag salute. Will, BCSSSDEA Negotiations Chair thanked the Board for responding to request of sense of urgency. Hopes both sides will be able to ratify the agreement in July. J. Moses, CST voiced concern of pro-rating extra-curricular payments by the Administration. The District recognizes the Week of Respect (C. Lubbe, guest speaker) and would ask that the Administration treat the employees with respect as well. Board Comments: President Silcox thanked everyone for their comments, recognizing these are rocky times and the Board will work harder and will continue to listen to concerns. President Silcox thanked staff and administration for their hard work and congratulated all on another wonderful year.
