F-CONiSisanenginemanagementsystemthatcontrolsfuelinjectionvolumeandignitiontiminginordertoimproveperformanceoftuningengines.Injectorsignal,Ignitersignal,AirFlowMetersignalandCarSpeedsignal,whichareoutputfromstockECU,are

inputtoF-CONiS.MapswhichaxisareRpm,AirFlowMetersignal,(Option)PressureSensorsignalandThrottlesignalareusedtooutputcalculatedFuelinjectionvolumeandignitiontimingforeachspecifiedengine.

ThisdocumentexplainsaboutbasicfunctionsandinputparametersofF-CONiS.RefertoF-CONiSPowerWriterManualabouteditingmapsanddata.

Swithsettingsforeachvehiclearein"F-CONiSSwitchSettingManual".BeforeinstallationofF-CONiS,pleasealwaysrefertothemanualinordertomakesureswitchsettingsforthevehicle.

AirFlowConversionmapcanbeusedforslightadjustmentwhenthereisadifferenceofairflowmeteroutputduetochangeofintakelayoutoranyotherreasons.

Whenintakepipeorblowoffvalvearechanged,AirFlowMetersignalmaynotbeoutputcorrectly.Inthiscase,whenthrottleisclosed,fuelsettingbecomeswrongandenginestalls.WithEIDSmap,airflowoutputwhenthrottleisclosedisfixedatthevalueinEIDSmaptopreventenginestall.

FCDmapsetsmaximum(minimumforflaytypeairflow)limitationofairflowsignaltocancelfuelcut(boostcut)thatstockECUcutsfuelwhenairflowsignalexceedslimitation.OvertheFCDmapvalue,sincestockECUcannotmeasurecorrectintakeairvolume,increasingfuelandretarded

ignitiontimingarerequiredwithtrimmapsofF-CONiS.

AirFlowConversionFunctionandEIDSFunctioncanbeactivateordeactivatewith"AIRFLOW"ParameterofPowerWriter.
