hematocrit level• Special formula prescription
If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, just had a baby, or have children under 5, you may qualify.
We can help you buy milk, fruits, vegetables, eggs, cereal, juice, peanut butter, baby formula, and other healthy foods.
If you have questions about nutrition, breastfeeding your
baby, or feeding your family, WIC dietitians can help.

The Real Deal
