By reducing surface friction duringinjection and blow moulding processes,Eze™ additives offer considerableefficiency benefits and can improvecontainer aesthetics. As Eze™ is doseddirectly into the moulding machine, it alsoeliminates the need for messy secondaryspray or dip processes.

Smoother mould releaseEze™ process aids improve mould releaseand as a result give faster cycle timesand production rates particularly forcomplex product designs. They can alsoreduce down-time required to clean hot-fillblow moulds.

Smoother conveyingEze™ additives improve preformunscrambling, process flows and reduceblowing line jams. By minimising interactionsbetween containers during conveyingproduct quality can also be significantlyimproved.
