PTH with the development of technologies for the extrusion of tubes, is able to guarantee a quality product in terms of surface and transparency.With a range of diameters from 8 mm to 160 mm, we are able to produce polycarbonate and transparent acrylic (PMMA) tubes with a thickness of tubes up to 5 mm for a variety of applications.

• With the development of CAD/CAM technologies to the design of tools, PTH is able to guaranteed to customers a complete solution for their needs in terms of quality, fast and economic realisation of tools for all types of thermoplastic profiles requested.

• The design and planning of all operations needed for manufacturing tools are followed and developed by the design department of our subsidiary company with the use of CAD software. • All information about the profiles of customers are transmitted directly via the computer network. The tools are constructed with CAM system that is used for the transmissions of the programmes about the automatic operations of milling and cutting made by the CNC milling and wire eroding machines to obtain a quality tools in a short realisation time in order to produce quality profiles.
