Extract PO Header Text data by SQVIThis question is Assumed Answered.

Dear All, Is it possible to extract Po header text & item text details by SQVI? If soplease provide the procedure. I do not want to go for abap coding for retrieving that data, please suggestany other procedure which can be used to retrieve data without coding. RegardsRashid Imam

If you want a report for purchasing document header text or item text, then I can refer you a documentReport of Master data's Texts and Purchasing Document's Text for Header and Item Level.

Hi Dev, Thank you for your quick & prompt response. The program that you have given is showing the text details but it is not showing complete textdetails, it is only showing 1st line of text. Please see screen shot for your reference, pleasesuggest how to get complete text details.

Yes, it will fetch only first line. If you want to see all line, then you can click display text button

Otherwise, you can use the functional module "READ_TEXT"More details in thread PO Text Table

Hi Dev, But it will not solve my purpose as I need to download data of multiple PO for furtheruploading in system. I know by FM Read_Text we can get the text details, but it will show details for singlerecord on execution. Looking forward for solution by which I can get complete text data for multiple PO indownloadable format & I don't want to go for ABAP code. RegardsRashid

there is no other way than a ABAP that calls this function module, you cannotinclude a cluster table in a SQVI

Hi, You may go for abap report in which you can fetch the text details using the FM: READ_TEXT. Regards,AKPT
