RETURN/RESTOCKINFORMATION

You can order via phone, fax, email or in-store at your local supply center.

WINDOW ORDERSAll windows are custom made-to-order. Standard lead time is 10 business days, some items require extended lead times. Our Window Express software will allow you to easily quote and place orders directly to the supply center. Check with your sales representative with any questions.

SIDING ORDERSSee your sales representative for local stocking plans. Non-stock availability items generally take 7-10 business days in full carton quantities only.

DELIVERYINFORMATION

Standard ground deliveries:$35 for first 30 miles

Boom roof-load deliveries:$150

Extended distance fee:Please call center for details.

Standard delivery is dependent on capacity. The cutoff for next day is noon, we will attempt to accommodate orders received after the cutoff time when possible. Every attempt to place material where desired will be made. Please be mindful that the SAFETY of our employees and equipment, as well as your materials and jobsite are our first priorities.

• All material and packaging must be clean and in resalable condition.

• No returns will be taken after 30 days from point of purchase.

• All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and are subject to a restocking fee.

• Special orders, with the exception of Alside manufactured vinyl siding, soffit and accessories, are NOT eligible for return.

• Special order Alside manufactured vinyl siding and soffit can be returned in full box quantities only and may be subject to additional restocking fees.

PAYMENTINFORMATION

We accept cash, check and most major credit cards. Credit terms can be established, simply ask your sales representative for a credit application. A $40 fee will be assessed for all NSF checks. COD accounts must pay final balance at the time of pickup or delivery.

PICK-UPINFORMATION

Once your order is ready to be filled, you can pick-up during normal business hours at your local supply center.
