IBDP RequirementsOver the course of the two-year programme,
students:study six subjects chosen from the six groups complete an extended essay (EE)follow a theory of knowledge course (TOK) participate in creativity, action, service (CAS).

Significance of the extended essayThe extended essay provides:
practical preparation for university level research

time for Research Topic & Question (IBDPC/EEC and TL) 3. Jan 2016 – Confirm EE subject area and RQ/RT4. Feb 2017 – 1st reflection5. March 2017 EE Café 6. May – 2000 words due7. June – 3,000 words due/ 2nd reflection8. August – 4000 words/first full draft due9. September – viva voce’s/ 3rd reflection
