Program OverviewThis study abroad course is designed to educate you about the physiological aspects of surfing. How? Within this course, through hands-on experience, you will immerse yourself by developing and deploying a 6-week sport-specific exercise prescription to enhance paddle/surfing fitness during the Fall 2017 semester which will culminate in a week-long excursion to Costa Rica at the start of winter break.
