ExR-1A base level entry robot for remote,
unmanned locations. Providing cost and time
eff ective visual and audio inspection.
ExR-1.1An autonomous version of ExR-1 that will self
navigate to record meter readings without
human intervention.
ExR-2A base level inspection and manipulation
robot. Intended for use on multiple level
platforms & off shore environments.
ExR-3An advanced heavy duty remote human
level manipulation robot. Designed for
advanced level inspection and manipulation
with the ability to perform basic repairs and
interventions.
The robots of ExRobotics are distinguished by their:
• Independence: they are self-charging and require no human intervention
when stationed on unmanned facilities.
• Reliability: they are designed to operate for months,
or even years, without maintenance.
• Ruggedness: they can operate in a wide range
of climates.

Arising from our long-standing
cooperation with SHELL, our
ExRobotics specialists completed the
development of SHELL’s “Sensabot”.
This IECEx Zone 1 certifi ed robot is
designed for inspecting and surveying
potentially explosive facilities. It is
equipped with a range of sensors and
cameras that use a wireless network
to communicate with a driver/operator
located in a safe control room. Sensabot
is now commissioned in Kazakhstan and
is in the operator training phase prior
to deployment at the Kashagan fi eld.
Based on this experience ExRobotics
started to design their own line up of
IECEX/ATEX certifi ed robots.
