EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: Mining EquipmentSociété d’ Exploitation des Mines d’ Or de Sadiola S.A. (“SEMOS”) has made the decision to dispose of certain mining
equipment purchased.
In order to facilitate this sale it has been agreed that an Expression of Interest will be issued to the market in order for potential Bidders to state their intended interest in the formal bidding process to be undertaken. Terms and Conditions apply.
The Mining Equipment shall be deemed as new unused equipment currently in storage.
The mining equipment will be sold on an “as is where is” basis (in its present condition) and consists of, but not limited to the following:
All costs associated with the site inspections, logistics, permitting, loading, transporting, securing, insurance, import and all export of the equipment will be for the purchasers account.
