Abbie - Grace - Leah - Sabaa

Abbie Williams Hi I’m Abbie and for my Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award I have chosen the following activities. For my Skills section I chose to do photography because when I’m older, I would like to be a photographer. For my volunteering section, I chose to do the school magazine because I couldn't think of anything else. For my physical section, I chose athletics because I want to become more fit and healthy, and become more involved in sport. I like what I have chosen for my Duke of Edinburgh because I want to have more hobbies and enjoy more things. Grace Marshall Hi I am Grace and for my Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award I have chosen the following activities. For my Skills section I chose to do cookery because I love cooking and trying out new techniques to improve my cooking. For my volunteering section, I chose to do the school magazine I have always wanted to start a school magazine but I could find anyone was as passionate as me. For my physical section, I chose to do rowing because I have been doing the sport for over a year and I love it. It helps me create more friends and to keep fit and healthy. Leah Hedley Hi my name is Leah and for my Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award I have chosen the following activities . For my skills section I chose to do the school magazine because it’s something new and it was the only thing I could do. For my volunteering section I chose to volunteer at a shop called Barnardo's because it is local and easy to get too. For my physical section I chose football because I am on the team and I like playing football because it's fun and very motivating and it helps me get fit . Sabaa Monks Hi my name is Sabaa and for my Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award I have chosen the following activities. For my skills section I chose to do art because it's one thing I'm good at and I want to improve and get better at it. For my volunteering section, I chose school magazine because I have never done something like this before and It's good to try something new. For my physical section I chose football because it's my favourite sport and I’m really good at it.

Beautiful Work In year 9 we have been learning about school subjects and Grace Sellers work has been picked by Mrs Sprakes for beautiful work. Graces work talks about the school subjects she likes, Grace says she enjoyed the expedition and does not find the expeditions hard”.
