PETER STUNTZ CHAIRMAN

Peter has extensive investment, corporate advisory and financing experience gained through >30 years in the natural resources sector. This includes involvement with several successful start-up companies in the Asian resource sector and as a Senior Portfolio Manager with AMP Investments. Peter is a Fellow of the AusIMM and FINSIA and a Member of the Society of Mining Engineers; he holds Bachelor degrees in Science (Geology), Engineering (Mining) and has a Masters of Geoscience (Mineral Economics) and a Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia.

JASON ROGERS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jason is a qualified Finance and Accounting specialist with >20 years experience in financial management, accounting, risk analysis and business management. Since 2009. Jason has been involved with the establishment of several successful mining related businesses in Australia. Prior to this, Jason had a successful investment banking career, working for major financial institutions in London, Tokyo and Singapore, where he was an analyst working with some of the world’s largest corporations and investors.

PAUL L’HERPINIERE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Paul is a qualified Geologist with extensive experience in multi-commodity exploration across the globe. In early 2013, Paul founded Force Consulting Pty Ltd, an Australian business focused on global project generation and exploration management. Prior to 2013, Paul was Exploration Manager at Fortescue Metals Group, where he led the exploration efforts for iron ore and non ferrous minerals from 2010 to 2013. Previous to his role at Fortescue, Paul spent several years managing exploration for coal, gold and base metals throughout Mongolia, China, Indonesia and the Philippines.

GEOFF McNAMARA NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Geoff has >25 years of resource sector experience as a geologist, project manager, corporate financier and fund manager. He was most recently an owner and Investment Director of Pacific Road Capital, a private equity manager, investing in the global mining industry. Prior to that he was a Director of Societe General’s Mining Finance group in New York. Geoff holds a Bachelors degree in Geology, a Graduate Diploma from the SecuritiesInstitute of Australia. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

U KHIN MAUNG HAN DIRECTOR

Khin Maung Han is one of Myanmar’s highest profile mining entrepreneurs. He is the major shareholder and Managing Director of Future Engineering Group (FEG), the owner/operators of the Thabeikyin Gold Mine north of Mandalay. FEG are also contract mining at Modi Taung Gold Mine and are currently developing the Narbu Taung Gold deposits. Khin Maung Han is also currently President of The Myanmar Federation of Mining Association, the country’s leading mining industry advocate.

DAVID ROYLE TECHNICAL MANAGER

David has >40 years of international experience in all aspects of mineral exploration and project feasibility, including senior management positions at Eurasian Minerals, East Asia Minerals, Kentor Gold, MIM Exploration and Newcrest Mining. He has managed exploration teams over a diverse range of geographic and cultural environments which have led to the discovery of several major gold and base metal deposits in the Pacific Rim including; Tolukuma, PNG (Au), Cerro Negro, Argentina (Au), Rio Blanco, Peru (Cu-Mo) and Pierina, Peru (Au-Ag).

U KYAING SEIN COUNTRY MANAGER

Kyaing is a highly respected Myanmar geologist, with >40 years of experience in the local minerals industry, including >30 years at the Department of Geological Survey and Exploration (DGSE). Kyaing has been assisting AAM since early 2015, introducing the company to key industry and government representatives and guiding our search for the best projects through his extensive understanding of the country’s historical exploration efforts and identified prospectivity.

HENRY RENOU SENIOR GEOLOGIST

Henry has been leading our field-based project evaluation program since early 2015, responsible for generating new ideas and information relating to Myanmar’s gold potential. A geology graduate from Monash University, Henry gained his initial exploration experience with Fortescue Metals Group, where he was a team leader for gold and base metals exploration in Western Australia.
